[BUG] New costumes posted on the steam workshop no longer get the "costume" tag

**EA Version?** 1.7.1a **Info about your device** Windows 11 GPU 1: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 GPU 2: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 RAM: 64GB CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900KF 3.60GHz **Describe the bug** When uploading a new costume to the workshop it does not get applied with the "cotume" tag making it invisible to people searching with the tag **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Upload a Costume 2. Make the Costume public 3. Go to workshop 4. Click + on "costume" 5.
