Fixed filename in API and follow counts being 0 on user profile page.

I renamed "geRechirps.php" to "getRechirps.php" On the user profile page, if you weren't on the "Chirps" tab, the following and followers count would show 0 always. I fixed this. chirp username: @smileyzone
