I can not find important module of E3T algorithm

Dear authors. Hi, I am currently interested in ZSC algorithms. I read your repo to grow my knowledge and while reading your repo, I couldn't find important modules of E3T which is action predictor and conditioning on its predicted actions. If there is magic line of it, It will be very helpful to me sharing some intuition about it. Thanks and best regards.
