RAG template for agents

RAG template can be specified in AIChat configuration but this is not possible at the agent level, would it be possible to add that to the agent config? Also, I just assumed that the agent would use AIChat's `rag_template`, but it's not specified anywhere. Just to provide an use case: I found the default `rag_template` fine when dealing with simple sessions only based on RAG documents, but that template is limiting when using RAG with an agent which might have tools that fetch information also from outside sources.
