[BUG] Scrollbar hit detection issue on Windows

Environment: Version: v5.8.7 OS: Windows 11 Page: Playlist Description: The hit area for the right scrollbar is misaligned. Clicking or dragging the scrollbar does not respond correctly where it visually appears. Media: See the attached video for reproduction.
