Make Windows defender happy

1. Reset the ucrt version as the default. 2. The msvcrt version should only be used on win7 or win8. 3. The msvcrt version, depends on wpcap.dll(libpcap does not support msvcrt), can be easily recognizable as a Trojan virus.
