erome.user.js - Auto-scroll page flashing issue indroduced in 5.0.9

#As the title says - something introduced in userscript version 5.0.9 causes the entire page to flash with each subsequent page append with auto-scroll enabled. Stops when disabling auto-scroll. Video attached for clarity. Tested on Firefox 148.0 This does not occur in userscript version 5.0.8. I rolled back to your previous commit to test before creating this issue.
