Update contract architecture + some client side code + unit tests fixes

I've messed up a bit with git. So here are my commits with some python stuff, on top of that here is all the code from https://github.com/inference-labs-inc/sertn-avs/pull/21 and on top of that more commits from me, where I'm dealing with contracts and foundry unit tests. Maybe I've got too much courage, so cannot correctly merge all of that into the `Update contract architecture` PR. Sorry for that. Anyway the work is still ongoing.
