[Backlog] Plugin system

FOR NATIVE AMPERSAND INSTALLS (meaning NOT the PWA) investigate a way to have a plug-in system that can independently query the database, and that can listen to events. This could be useful to implement third-party (and even online) features to Ampersand, such as - Having the fronter automatically switched to PluralKit too - Control Home Assistant for some godforsaken reason (maybe a member of yours likes lights of a certain color?) - Automatically upload the fronter name to that badge the guys at FossAsia were basically selling at 38C3 - etc. etc. etc. you creatures know what you want to do with this.
