[Frontend] Move fast-lock button to FAB

From what @Ittihadyya reported on Discord: > The fast lock button should be somewhere more easily reachable, like closer to the bottom of the screen so that, if the situation warrants it, one can lock the app without awkwardly reaching to the top left corner. We understand such concerns, therefore this is an issue to be solved ASAP.
