Based on the last commit in [this PR](https://github.com/frost-beta/node-mlx/pull/1#ref-commit-adb992a), I added the `CODE_OF_CONDUCT` and `CONTRIBUTING` docs from the [mlx](https://github.com/ml-explore/mlx) repo
