[Feature Request]: Remember the monitor opencomic last session started (for multi-monitor users)

### Preflight Checklist - [x] I have searched the [issue tracker](https://www.github.com/ollm/OpenComic/issues) for a feature request that matches the one I want to file, without success. ### Describe your suggested feature For now, I don't know why, by default, Opencomic will always start the app from the main monitor forcely. My second monitor is Portrait and fit for maga readers.
