[Feature Request]: Support for MetronInfo metadata

### Preflight Checklist - [x] I have searched the [issue tracker](https://www.github.com/ollm/OpenComic/issues) for a feature request that matches the one I want to file, without success. ### Describe your suggested feature `ComicInfo.xml` is a type of a file that is enjoyed by ~~many~~ nearly all digital comic book fans throughout the world, but one has to agree that it is a dated format by today's standards. [Anansi Project](https://anansi-project.github.io/)'s documentation and organisation of the format has allowed it to live past the formal death of it's initial program, ComicRack, but even now it is still constrained in it's abilities, like for example the matter of a comma in a publisher's name splitting the name in half. `MetronInfo.xml` doesn't have such problems. ### Additional Information I don't expect every feature to be supported, just those that will allow it to be on par with the current implementation of `ComicInfo.xml`.
