Chsnge to a more permissive license

[GPLv3 hinders devices with an immutable root of trust](https://github.com/GrapheneOS/os-issue-tracker/issues/579#issuecomment-1156631530). GrapheneOS is planning on overhauling or replacing AOSP apps like AOSP Clock, but they wouldn't be able to include Calculator-You if because of the GPLv3. A license that is not strong copyleft, preferably a permissive license, would solve this issue.
