Tidal Webplayer incompatibility

Hello. I use Tidal as my main music streaming provider. The webplayer has been giving me issues forever, but on Firefox it somewhat works now. I switched to Zen browser yesterday, but I get an error every time I try to play a song. <img width="547" height="148" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/88fdc5b0-cb2e-48a7-8a5c-6a3f6c088711" /> So. I've tried a couple of things already: - Disabled AdNaseum/Adblocker - Looked at DRM settings, which are set to the same exact thing as in Firefox - Cleared all Browser Data, logged back in, still nothing - Tried playing music in Zen on my Linux Laptop, works somehow? - Enabling/disabling different cookie Settings The only difference between my devices is that my PC is Windows and the Laptop is Linux. Worse, when I'm not logged into my account the playback works? As I said, on Firefox the playback works logged in and logged out with both uBlock Origin and AdNaseum turned on. I've tried everything at this point. Are there known media playback issues on desktop? Thank you for the help :) ### Expected behavior Normally I should be able to play a song by clicking on it or on the Play button in the bottom middle of the page. ### Actual behavior When starting a song the playback bar starts moving, but there is no music playback. After about 10 seconds the error message above pops up. ### Steps to reproduce Zen Browser Version: 1.21.9b Tidal Webplayer Version: 2026.07.29 Browser Extensions: uBlock Origins + AdNaseum(disabled) Logged into a tidle Account (student subscription) Be on Windows version: 23H2 Try playing any song. ### Screenshots and videos _No response_ ### Version 1.21.9b ### What platform are you seeing the problem on?
