Minimizing PiP window fails to collapse into sidebar player

This is new as of v1.21.9b The PiP window opens normally when navigating away from a playing video. However, trying to minimize the PiP window into the sidebar player, it briefly flashes into the sidebar player, but then immediately expands back out into the PiP window. ### Expected behavior The PiP window should collapse into the sidebar media controls when minimized. ### Actual behavior The PiP window collapses into the sidebar media controls for < 1s then immediately goes back to PiP. ### Steps to reproduce Click the minimize button on the PiP window. ### Screenshots and videos _No response_ ### Version v1.21.9b ### What platform are you seeing the problem on?
