Blocks GitLab Visual Studio Code extension

This probably only changed some weeks ago, but the gitlab-workflow extension for Visual Studio Code sets the user agents like: `vs-code-gitlab-workflow/6.81.0 VSCode/1.123.0 Node.js/24.15.0 (linux; x64)` or `git/2.54.0.windows.1 (Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26200; win32 arm64) vscode/1.123.0 (Visual Studio Code)` which both match the regex "Code". 😉
