how about a new release?

Hi, there are a bunch of commits that happened in the last couple of months.. how about tagging a new release? unrelated to that: in general, since the ai.robots.txt data is quite volatile and updated frequently, do you prefer if downstreams include regularly updated snapshots instead of sticking with releases?
