Add pinned Cards

**Describe your feature request** _{Describe your ideas for this new feature and how it should be implemented} Implement the ability to pin cards you've created or ones in your wallet from the `/home` page. This would allow the user to have quick access to cards that they use or need most often **Additional information regarding your feature** _{Add more details or concept art} This should place the cards, both the ones the user created and the ones that are saved in the wallet in a separate section, ideally above the buttons that change between the "My cards" and "Wallet" section This would also need to add a "Pin card" button to the context menu on each card on the `/home` page.
