bicubic interlace for better quality

Please rework the image interlacing process in video models for wan2.2 baths instead of bilinear to bicubic for a clearer display of small details and small images of faces, this is very noticeable at a resolution of 480p, although real images on video at this resolution in bicubic interlacing are much better quality
