When changing the Vite config, it will be reloaded, but the Gracile server isn't restarted.

Actually we have to kill the Vite dev. CLI app with <kbd>CTRL+C</kbd> and restart it. It's not a smooth user experience, especially if we need to make frequent change to the `vite.config.ts`
