Clarify how to use AuthKit with a custom Organization selection flow

Hi there, We are using AuthKit via authkit() and are happy with the hosted UI for login, MFA, SSO, and email verification. However, we want to fully customize the Organization selection step for newly signed-in users (no existing cookies/session), while keeping the rest of the AuthKit flow unchanged. Is it possible to bypass AuthKit’s organization selection UI and handle this step in our application instead?
