windows PATH not refreshed

Version: 1.0.234 Platform: Windows x64 10.0.26200 Plugins: none Frontend: xterm-webgl installed azure CLI, as below in Powershell winget install --exact --id Microsoft.AzureCLI then ran az version, it says az : The term 'az' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, if i open a new terminal in tabby, same issue but if i open a new external windows powershell it works fine, i tried creating multiple terminals in tabby but still same issue, its path doesnt get refreshed.
