--include-priority merely negates --exclude

Thank you for creating this wonderful tool which I use often. Does the `--include-priority` flag actually do anything? From my testing all it does is negate the --exclude so you would get the same result if you didn't use --exclude and you didn't use --include-priority. But maybe I'm missing something?
