Mouse cursor can partially leave the screen when moved repeatedly to the edge

I noticed what seems to be a bug related to mouse movement at the screen edges. If I continuously move the mouse toward the edge of the screen, it’s possible to make the cursor partially leave the visible screen area. Steps to reproduce: 1. Move the mouse cursor to any edge of the screen. 2. Keep moving the mouse persistently toward that edge. 3. Observe that the cursor can partially go outside the screen.
