Implement fuzz tester

This fuzz tester finds cases where pulldown-latex produces visibly different output from KaTeX. That's actually quite a few cases, and we might not want to do it this way, but it's the simplest thing I knew of to check for. It can also be used to find panics, which I've done in #27 and #26.
