A plugin to automatically compress large videos to 8mb & 25mb.

### Plugin Description I'm well aware of the limitations of nitro as well as the limitation of [FakeNitro](https://vencord.dev/plugins/FakeNitro). What I'm curious about is the possibility of integrating the services of a video compressor like [8mb.video](https://8mb.video/) or even a locally ran ffmpeg version of something similar into vencord as a plugin. That is basically the way I and I'm sure many other get past the upload size limit everyday, so why not streamline the process?
