Crash deleting episode media

### Steps to reproduce
1. Go to Episodes
2. Select `Downloaded` from the dropdown
3. Select episodes to delete
4. Tap pencil, delete episode media
5. Wait for crash
### Expected behaviour
Delete the selected episodes.
### Current behaviour
It crashed. I think some of these episodes are set as downloaded in the database but are missing/broken.
