M5 advantages with ALVR

Hi, was just curious how you see the advantages of the M5 over the M2. I'm assuming it would be able to do AV1 and 120hz. Is that correct? Is there anything else I'm missing? Just weighing the pros and cons of an upgrade, thanks.
