Tracking PR. This swaps async-openai with my fork, to make the whole thing more friendly to not-fully-compliant LLMs

This is part of my efforts to implement a whole rust stack to support LLMs that partially implement OpenAI protocol. I hope the upstream gets merged. Otherwise, you need to use MY fork.
