[BUG] <title> cannot issue command "cargo bootimage --release" due to none of any bootimage in folder "kernel".

**Describe the bug**
The command cannot be executed due to none of any option 'bootimage' found in folder "kernel" as described in README.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the unwanted behavior:
1) Git clone the src code on master branch.
2) Issue command "cargo bootimage --release"
3) error: no such command: `bootimage` occured.
**Expected behavior**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
