bug: keyboard (possibly all) interrupts not working after pressing any key during the boot / initialization process

**To Reproduce** 1. run HighlightOS with QEMU 2. press a key during the boot / initialization process 3. doesn't work :(( **Info** - v0.3.4 - persistent on both debug & release profiles
