Auto-apply tags or categories when importing games

It would be useful to automatically add tags or categories (not sure which.. maybe let the user decide?) to games based on the folder name when they are imported. Sticking with the current method of pulling titles, if the folder name included details between square brackets it could use this as a tag in Playnite. As an example, for PC VR games I could name the folder: `Tea for God [VR]` and when it adds it'll use the name `Tea for God` in the game list but add the tag `VR` so I can sort/filter the game list more easily. Since both of these options are options freely created by the user and not using a list already in place I don't think it's too important to restrict what can be put in the brackets. Unless there may be a different idea of how to do naming or if something else might be used in the brackets that could cause issues.
