1.3.0: "github-to-sops: error: cannot have multiple subparser arguments"

In macOS and ubuntu 24.04, after I install and run github-to-sops, I invariably get the error: ```github-to-sops: error: cannot have multiple subparser arguments``` Python 3.12, 3.9 and 3.8 were all tried, virtualenvs and system installs; no flags, --version, -h, install-binaries; all produce the same result. This error only occurs in 1.3.0; 1.2.3 works fine.
