steam: udev files are out-of-date

The patch causes the udev files to stay 2 years old. <-- my guess Comparing `sudo cat /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/60-steam-input.rule` or `60-steam-vr.rule` with [upstream](https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-devices) shows that the current udev files shipped from Aerynos are probably 2 years old since there aren't any new devices added to the list. Maybe the patch froze the udev file to a specific commit.
