Reuse video metadata returned from Piped to populate Kodi playable item and to generate DASH manifest

This PR adds rich metadata to links shared with addon. It also adds more error handling and reuses the metadata retrieved from Piped instance to both: * populate Kodi metadata * generate DASH manifest
