Doesn't work well with other packages

I use [olivetti](https://github.com/rnkn/olivetti) & [org-sticky-header](https://github.com/alphapapa/org-sticky-header) in my config. when I enable `selected-window-accent-mode` both these packages don't work well. There was a related issue logged in #3, but it seems to have been fixed. So, I'm creating a new issue
