Nixpkgs not being updated!

This is not actually a problem related specifically to any bugs i found in this project, but rather at the scope. See, on the readme.md, you have given a link for the nixpkgs, which is different from the nixpkgs of nixos-bsd. Now, i recommend updating that, but that is not my point. With the dedication, the nixpkgs maintained for FreeBSD is not working well, as like the number of commits behind number has grown into 100 thousands to the point. I think this approach is very impractical. I think what should be the goal is how to use the existing nixpkgs repos and support the packages that work on both Linux and MacOS, making them work on FreeBSD, it looks like a much harder goal than just simply maintaining another FreeBSD specific repository, but the point is that in the long term this current solution is very impractical, seeing its very lazy progress already in the development stages. Rather try to modify the kernel somewhat to make the existing nixpkgs ecosystem work, which will be a one - time hard but rewarding solution to the issue. Also i wanted to enquire about how will the ports system be affected, and the existing FreeBSD pkg system, and what about the features like boot environments, jails and all.
