RTM alloy coil texture remake, with mcmeta file fixed

I found that RTM alloy coil textures do exist, still they adopt tungsten steel textures. So I use Photoshop to modify the color, fix the files, and upload it. The new texture has a dark blue color resembled original GTM color of RTM alloy coils. I hope this remake will be accepted.
