🐞 Attachments Storage Performance

With the new [text attachments API ](https://github.com/CodeEditApp/CodeEditTextView/pull/93), we're introducing a potential performance pitfall in the attachment storage object. Right now, it stores attachments in an array ordered by range start location. This is fine for querying, as we can do a simple binary search to find attachments. However insertion and removal could be improved as they're both `O(N)` due to array modification performance.
