Cannot access API keys or developer dashboard

Hi, I can log in successfully, but I cannot access the developer dashboard or create API keys. I only see Explore / Generate / Docs, and all API requests return 401 Unauthorized. I need API access enabled so I can generate a fal_ API key. My account appears to be missing developer permissions. Thanks.
