Add TLSA+SSHFP record types

I have set int types to be permissive, even though for these only a handful of values are actually valid... until a RFC comes and makes this obsolete. Anything under `.data` doesn't appear in the documentation (not even the existing SRV does), except for SOA. So I couldn't check that everything renders properly there. Hashes used in example are from throwaway keys, and do not refer to any existing server.
