Unable to refresh content of new folder

I noticed an issue where it does not seem possible to refresh the content of a newly created folder. Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a new folder under Files 2. Add content to the folder from another client or from the server directly 3. Try to refresh the content by expanding/collapsing the folder, or from clicking away and back to the Files. No luck. Server logs indicate that no transaction is sent to try to re-read the new folder, so maybe some caching is blocking the refresh?
