Add Get/Set file info

This PR add a sheet to display and set file info, with appearance modeled after the original client layout. The form behavior respects the user's client side permissions around file/folder renaming and commenting by disabling fields in the form as needed. I don't know what I'm doing in Swift and am happy to make changes if you have feedback.
