gobump improperly bumped a version

As it can be seen on this commit: https://github.com/chainguard-dev/enterprise-packages/pull/17297/commits/85f3493a35dbec2f95931afaea015968585660e1 - seems that gobump has put the version on the line below the package definition rather than on the line itself with the proper version.
