Some missing changes needed for a successful build

Hi, I successfully built the latest code at home today for marble; but I had to add a few changes to fix the build, I thought you'd be interested: - setup-makefiles.sh should be re-run to update makefiles in source tree - vendor/lib64/camera/libQnnHtpV69.so is a 32bit lib, and can also be removed from proprietary-files.txt - libQnnHtpV69 must be removed from PRODUCT_PACKAGES in marble-vendor.mk
