Provisioning request stuck with status "Hardware provisioning is in progress: Spec updated; awaiting configuration application by the hardware plugin"

I need a help, I am just trying to bring up one sample cluster using O-Cloud-Manager. I have all the required components and pre-requisite in place. Step1: I onboarded the BMH using sample https://github.com/openshift-kni/oran-o2ims/blob/main/docs/samples/git-setup/clustertemplates/inventory/dell-r740-sno1.yaml and it is successful with state : available Step2: I can see the resource pool created in the inventory api Step3. I followed the sample from https://github.com/openshift-kni/oran-o2ims/tree/main/docs/samples/git-setup/clustertemplates/version_4.Y.Z/sno-ran-full-du to create all templates (modified as it is required for my environment) Step4: I triggered the provisioning request, I can see the NodeAllocationRequest and AllocatedNode got created with condition: Provisioned, after that there is no progress. But I can see the BMH is applied with hardware profile parameters mapped with hardware template which is referenced in the Cluster Template. and same is used in the provisioning request. I tried many times, same place it stuck with status "Hardware provisioning is in progress: Spec updated; awaiting configuration application by the hardware plugin". Is there anything I am missing in server-onboarding. once the server is onboarded and its state is available is good to go or it should be in some other state. Server onboarding steps are not there clearly. Kindly help me to cross and have one SNO cluster deployed.
