Mac OS: Kitty is damaged and can't be opened

**Describe the bug** Can't run kitty app installed from release dmg. **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Download release dmg 2. Open kitty app 3. Dialog pops up 4. See error "kitty" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Bin. This file was downloaded on an unknown date. [Cancel] [Move to Bin] **Environment** MacOS Tahoe Security settings: App Store & Known Developers On my personal mac I can update policy an run kitty but on my corp mac I can't change policy and as a result I can only delete it. Thank You
