Unable to enter Create New World menu

Hello! Hope this is the right place, I've been scratching my head on this for awhile and with Modern Fix being disabled I think (Hopefully???) it's Zeta doing something funky. I am sorry if this turns out to have a simple fix and I invaded a programmer's space for something silly.
