Update zbus to v5?

The `zbus` crate v3 in this project was released in Feb 2024, and it ships with many unmaintained transitive dependencies like [instant v0.1.13](https://rustsec.org/advisories/RUSTSEC-2024-0384) and [derivative v2.2.0](https://rustsec.org/advisories/RUSTSEC-2024-0388). The latest version v5.2.0 has already replaced them by updating its dependencies.
